Elsmar Air Conditioning offers heating repair for residential and commercial heat-pump systems in Broward County and select areas of Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. Our heating-repair scope is limited to heat pumps. Call 954-309-4575 Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with your property address, equipment details and a description of the problem.
Heat-Pump Problems We Can Diagnose
- The system runs but the space does not reach the requested temperature.
- Airflow is weak or some rooms remain uncomfortable.
- The unit starts and stops unexpectedly or shows a control error.
- Ice, unusual noise or water appears around the equipment.
- The system does not switch modes as expected.
These observations do not identify a failed part by themselves. A technician can assess the equipment and operating conditions before recommending repair. If you can do so safely, note any thermostat message and check whether the filter is blocked; leave electrical, refrigerant and internal equipment work to a qualified technician.
How We Discuss a Repair
Tell us the heat-pump type, building use, symptoms and when the issue began. We can discuss the diagnostic visit and current availability. After assessment, ask for the findings, proposed work, price and any relevant warranty terms in writing before authorizing a repair. Timing depends on the diagnosis, parts and site conditions. If replacement is being considered, compare the repair proposal with a complete installation proposal.
We also discuss heat-pump installation and broader air-conditioning repair. For commercial rooftop equipment, see our commercial AC and rooftop-unit page. We do not service refrigeration, and chiller work is on hold.
Where We Take Heat-Pump Repair Requests
Broward County is our primary service area. We consider requests in parts of Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties depending on the address, equipment and current scheduling. Please provide the location and heat-pump details so we can confirm whether the job fits our service area.
Heating-Repair Questions
Do you repair heating systems other than heat pumps?
This heating-repair service is for heat-pump systems. Tell us the equipment type when you call so we can confirm the scope before scheduling.
Do you work on commercial heat pumps?
Yes. We consider commercial and residential heat-pump repair after reviewing the system type, property and work scope. Availability depends on the address and current schedule.
Can I request after-hours repair?
Our staffed hours are Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. We do not promise after-hours service. Call 954-309-4575 during those hours or request an appointment so we can discuss the next available visit.
